1. Click on the join link in the email 

2. You will be prompted to download or launch zoom app

3. If you are using a smart device, you must download the app in order to join the meeting. If you are using a laptop and do not wish to download the app, you can join the meeting by clicking ‘start from your browser’.

   1. 

4. You may be welcomed with the message ‘Waiting for host to start this meeting’. In this case you are waiting for your host to join the meeting. In the meantime, you can test your audio/visual setup or choose a fun virtual background!

5. Select ‘Join with Computer Audio’ and away you go!

6. For a brady bunch view of every participant, make sure you choose ‘Gallery View’: 

   1. Smart Devices - by swiping across the screen

   2. Laptop - clicking ‘Gallery View’ in the Top Right Corner
